You must have heard a million times how drinking water is good for health and for better skin and how you should consume 8-10 glasses of water every single day and yet not everybody does it.
Many of us drink a lot of LIQUID each day(coffee,tea,juice etc)…but we don’t drink a lot of WATER.

what to expect:
- The first 5 days are going to be the toughest , you will forget to drink water but don't worry if
you do forget just start all over again.(no cheating :P)
- You will Pee a lot and that can be annoying but its temporary your body will get used to the water intake in a weeks time.
-Once you cross the first week successfully you will find it much easier to follow the routine as your body will adapt to it.
-You’ll have more regular, easier to pass, bowel movements
-You’ll be less hungry.
-Digestion will improve.
-Your skin will become more clear.
Few tips to drink more water:
-Add lemon's or any other flavour if you hate plain water.
-Drink a glass of water in the morning when you wake up, it helps discard al the harmful toxins from your body accumulated throughout the night.
-Drink 1 glass of water right before lunch/dinner in that way you can ignore over eating.
-Take up this challenge with a friend or a group of people can do it together to stay motivated.
